· Boiler repair, installation and servicing

It’s a very good idea to have your gas appliances, especially boilers, serviced every year. This is for safety reasons. It can save your life! But it will also increase the life span of your boiler or gas fire.

If you need to replace your boiler, we can advise you on choosing a new one and install it for you. We’ll take into consideration the space you have, your water usage, how economic the boiler will be and of course cost. The main types are condensing (the most efficient), combination (or ‘combi’), and system boilers.

Alternatively, we can fix broken boilers. We are the Gas Safe Engineer!

· Landlord certificates

If you are a landlord, the law states that you must provide evidence that the gas appliances in your rented property are serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We can do this and are Gas Safe registered, so all work is guaranteed to be legal and safe.

· Burst pipes and leaks

Frozen pipes are a common problem in the winter. If you've discovered that one of your pipes is frozen, you may be able to defrost it using a hairdryer, small portable heater or electric pipe heat tape. But if your pipe has actually burst, ***contact us*** and we'll come as soon as we can.
If you have a leaking tap, you may simply need a washer. Contact us and we'll come and fix it, or any other leak.
